  I’m a new homeowner (bought my first house 2 years ago wahoo!!) and decided to try and lower my taxes since during the home buying process I realized how crazy and all over the place taxes were in the same neighborhoods. I decided to send email inquiries to many of the tax reduction companies on Long Island since I had no idea which one to select. I had hired Property Tax Reduction Consultants because I liked how they handled my inquiry. I felt I had some personalized service and that they had answered all of my questions in a timely matter. I just got the results and I am more than pleased. They saved me over $3,000!! I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to every homeowner.

  Living in Suffolk County, I never bothered to contest my Property Taxes until several of my co-workers were successful in reducing theirs. As it turned out, everyone in my small company was using PTRC, and I figured it couldn't hurt to fill out a form, email it, and pay nothing unless PTRC was successful in reducing my taxes. I had forgotten that I applied for a tax reduction when PTRC contacted me and and stated my annual taxes were reduced by nearly $2000! They sent me the paperwork from the Town, and indeed, they did reduce my taxes. Shortly thereafter, when my tax escrow monies were distributed, lo and behold, there was a substantial balance remaining thanks to PTRC. In addition, I am getting a Property Tax REFUND from NYS! I am so pleased with PTRC's service and professionalism that I am recommending them to family and friends. I have already applied to PTRC for a reduction in the coming year!!
